The solution is licensed with price per agent per month.
In addition, add-on modules can be added to the solution, the add-on modules are priced per module and will apply to all agents in the solution.
Your organization’s service desk is created when you sign up for trial. You can test the solution for free for 60 days, 3 days before the end of the trial period, you will receive an email from the solution that allows you to activate a subscription. If you choose not to activate a subscription, the solution you created during the trial period with all content will be deleted.
You can start with More Service Basic and upgrade your Enterprise license at any time. It’s basically the same solution, but basic has some limitations in that some features are locked down. Upon transfer to Enterprise License, these restrictions are removed. So the upgrade is completely seamless and you will not lose any data or settings with such a license change.

In addition, add-on modules can be added to the solution, the add-on modules are priced per module and will apply to all agents in the solution.
You only pay for the agents in the solution, that is, the case managers who will handle cases in the solution. You can have unlimited number of end users that you support in the solution and there is no cost associated with the end users.
The end-user self-help portal is free and comes with the functionality of the solution as standard.
Agent is the case manager who is supposed to process support requests in the solution. You pay a price per Agent per month in the solution.
We do not offer this in the More Service Basic solution, but in Enterprise you can get a special price for simple Agent users or field agents who only perform simple agent operations in the solution.

We only accept payments online. We will not be able to accept purchase orders or orders over the phone. All of our payments follow euro pricing.
No. More Service Basic is a pay-as-you-go service. We have no termination costs. You can unsubscribe whenever you want. If you cancel your subscription, you will only be billed for the following month, you will not be billed further.
